As of April 2026, the Apple Card free Uber One trial that ran in 2024 and 2025 is no longer being offered to new sign-ups, and the Delta American Express Uber One enrollment window closes June 25, 2026. If you hold an eligible Delta Amex and have not enrolled, you have a few weeks left. If you missed it, the more durable play is a card whose monthly Uber Cash already covers the $9.99 Uber One fee.

Where Things Stand In April 2026

  • Apple Card free Uber One trial: Wound down. Apple Card still earns 3% Daily Cash on Apple Pay at Uber and Uber Eats, but the free trial is gone.
  • Delta Amex Uber One benefit: Live until June 25, 2026. Eligible Delta SkyMiles cards get a statement credit covering the $9.99 monthly fee for 6 or 12 months.
  • 12-month tier: Delta SkyMiles Platinum, Platinum Business, Reserve, Reserve Business.
  • 6-month tier: Delta SkyMiles Blue, Gold, Gold Business.

How To Enroll Before The Window Closes

  1. Visit the Delta-Uber page at uber.com/us/en/u/amex-delta and sign up for a monthly Uber One subscription with your eligible Delta Amex. Annual subscriptions are not eligible.
  2. The $9.99 charge hits your card each month and is offset by an automatic statement credit for the length of your benefit.
  3. Set a reminder for the end of your benefit period. The membership auto-renews at $9.99 per month after credits stop.

One enrollment per Delta Amex account.

If You Missed The Window: Cards That Cover Uber One With Existing Credits

Several Amex cards give you enough monthly Uber Cash to fully fund Uber One on their own. The membership is not free, but the credit you already get for holding the card pays for it.

  • Amex Platinum Personal: $15 in Uber Cash every month, plus $20 in December. Covers the $9.99 fee with room to spare. See our Amex Platinum review.
  • Amex Gold: $10 in Uber Cash every month, which also covers the Uber One fee. Card has to be added to your Uber account first.
  • Delta Platinum and Reserve: Up to $10 monthly in rideshare credit, on top of the Uber One enrollment benefit if you are already in. Compare against our Delta Reserve review.

Uber Cash on Platinum and Gold expires at the end of each calendar month and only works in the United States.

Worth Keeping After The Free Period?

Uber One is $9.99 per month or $96 per year. To break even, you need to save roughly $10 in delivery fees and ride credits. Two or three Uber Eats orders a month usually clears it. If you rarely use either service, cancel before the auto-renewal kicks in.
