If your small business flies Alaska or Hawaiian, the Atmos Rewards Visa Business Card is in the middle of its most aggressive welcome offer to date. As of April 2026, the standard public offer is 80,000 Atmos points after $5,000 in spend within 90 days, plus a $99 Companion Fare. Bank of America is also running a higher 85,000-point version on a select landing page for a limited time. Both offers include a 50% off discount certificate awarded within 10 days of approval, no spend required.
What You Earn and What It's Worth
The 80,000-point bonus punches above standard airline currency. At a conservative 1.5 cents per point, that's $1,200 in flight value. Run it against Alaska's partner chart and the math improves: Seattle to Tokyo in business class on Japan Airlines is 60,000 points one-way, and US to Hong Kong on Cathay Pacific clears at 70,000. The bonus alone covers a transpacific premium-cabin redemption with points to spare.
The earning rates are 3x on Alaska and Hawaiian purchases and 1x everywhere else. Not the strongest non-bonus rate on the market, but the card pulls its weight on direct airline spend.
The Annual Fee Math
The fee structure trips people up: $70 for the company plus $25 per card, so a single-cardholder business pays $95 a year. Add an employee card and you're at $120. The companion fare benefit kicks in at $6,000 in annual spend and is worth $400 to $700 depending on the route, which clears the fee on its own if you can hit the threshold.
If you can't hit $6,000, the welcome bonus still pays for the card in year one. Year two is where you'll need to honestly assess whether you book enough Alaska or Hawaiian flights to keep it.
Who Should Move on This
This card fits if you own a small business or LLC that books Alaska or Hawaiian, or if you're a sole proprietor with $5,000+ in annual flight spend to route through a business account. Sole proprietors qualify with an SSN, so no EIN required.
Skip it if your business doesn't fly Alaska or Hawaiian regularly, or if you're already carrying the personal Atmos Ascent or Summit cards and don't want a third Bank of America pull on your report.
How to Apply
The 80,000-point offer is on Bank of America's main product page. The 85,000-point version sits on a separate Alaska-branded landing page that rotates in and out, so search "Atmos Business 85K" if the standard offer is what you're seeing first. Either requires $5,000 to $5,500 in purchases within 90 days to trigger the bonus.
Bank of America's small-business approvals tend to be faster than Chase's and don't apply 5/24, which makes this a useful card to grab between Chase applications.
